Magnetic tubing

Magnetic pipelines are separation systems designed to remove ferrous particles from liquid or powder streams passing through pipes or pipelines. This device consists of a pipe through which material flows, with magnetic bars inserted inside. The bars generate a magnetic field that attracts and retains ferrous metal particles, preventing them from damaging equipment or compromising the quality of the final product. Magnetic piping is used primarily in continuous processes where it is necessary to maintain a constant flow and protect the system from metal contamination.
Use of magnetic piping for deferrization:
Magnetic piping is ideal for industrial applications requiring continuous, high-efficiency separation of ferrous particles from streams of liquids, powders or other substances. Key uses include:
Water treatment
Magnetic piping is used to remove iron and other dissolved or suspended ferrous impurities in water, improving the quality of drinking or industrial water and preventing scaling in pipes.
Food industry
In food production facilities, magnetic piping is used to protect flows of liquids, juices, oils and food powders from ferrous contamination, ensuring food safety and maintaining high quality standards.
Chemical industry
Magnetic piping is used to remove ferrous particles from liquid or dusty chemicals, protecting the purity of the final product and preventing damage to industrial equipment.
Pharmaceutical and cosmetics industry
In the production of drugs and cosmetics, magnetic piping is critical to ensure the absence of metal contamination in liquids or powders, preserving product quality and safety.
Treatment of metals
In metalworking processes, magnetic piping is used to remove iron and other ferrous particles from processing fluids, such as lubricating oils and cooling fluids, improving efficiency and protecting machines.
Recycling industry
Magnetic piping is also used in liquid waste treatment processes or recyclable materials recovery systems where ferrous metals need to be separated from miscellaneous material streams.
Magnetic pipes are easy to integrate into existing systems and offer continuous and automatic separation, improving operational efficiency and reducing maintenance costs. Because of their compact design and uninterrupted operation, they are particularly useful in industrial processes that require constant, high-efficiency removal of ferrous metal impurities.
